Baked apple cinnamon monkey bread

2 cans of cinnamon rolls
2 Granny Smith apples peeled and diced
1/4 cup of white granulated sugar
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
3/4 cup of Tony Chachere’s Praline honey ham marinade
Wash, peel and dice your apples, in a pot pour in your marinade. Add the apples and cinnamon, let cook for about 8 minute or until they reach the texture you desire.
Cut your cinnamon rolls into quarters, in a bowl mix both brown and white sugar along with cinnamon. Toss your cut up cinnamon rolls in the sugar mixture. In a greased Bundt pan add 1 layer or cinnamon rolls, and a layer of your apple mixture be sure to add some of the marinade as well. Top with the remaining cinnamon rolls, bake on 350 for 20-25 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes before flipping the bread onto your serving plate. Top with icing and marinade ( completely optional)
