1 pack of thin spaghetti
1 pound of ground Turkey
1 pound of Italian turkey sausage
45 oz of Ragu sauce
16 oz of shredded cheese ( your choice) I used American and mozzarella
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
1 Tablespoon of each (Seasoning salt, onion powder, garlic powder) add more if needed.
1 teaspoon of sugar to help with acidity (optional)
Boil your noodles according to directions on the package.
Brown your ground meat and sausage until half way done, add in your onion, bell pepper, garlic and seasonings; cook until done.
Drain your pasta and meat. Add them back into the pot and add half of your cheese, pasta sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
Add the spaghetti into your baking dish, top with cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
