1 pack of Kings Hawaiian Rolls (12 count) cut into cubes

1 cup of heavy cream

1 cup of milk

2 large eggs

1 cup sugar

2 Tbsp vanilla extract

1 pinch of salt

Glaze

1/2 cup of sliced strawberries

1/2 blueberries

1/2 cup blackberries

1/3 cup of Tony Chachere's Injectable Honey Praline Ham Marinade

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

4 tablespoons of Bourbon ( I used Jim Beam Vanilla)

*You want to use day old bread I cut mine into cubes and let it sit out overnight.

*I used a 10x6 loaf pan

Place bread in a mixing bowl and pour heavy cream and milk over the bread.

Mix the ingredients with your hands until no large pieces of bread remain and milk and cream have been absorbed.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs, add sugar, salt and vanilla extract. Pour over the bread mixture.

Pour mixture into buttered baking dish. Bake until the liquid sets and the top starts to brown.Bake for 45 minutes on 350.

For the glaze

Add your berries, Tony’s marinade, cinnamon and bourbon into a pot, let it cook covered for 5 minutes on low, after 5 minutes; cook it uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
