Cheesy Brussel Sprouts with Bacon
Start by cleaning your Brussel sprouts, cutting off the bottom and then slicing them in half. Set those to the side and cook your sliced bacon until done, drain your bacon on paper towels and set to the side. Drain some of the bacon grease out of the skillet. Add your butter into the skillet then add your Brussel sprouts, cook for about 5 minutes and add your seasonings of choice. Add in your garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add heavy whipping cream and cook until Brussel sprouts are tender, add bacon, taste to make sure it’s seasoned to your liking, follow up by topping it with cheese. Bake it in the oven on 375 for 15 minutes.
2 pounds of Brussel sprouts
1 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella
3 tablespoons of butter
7 slices of chopped bacon
2 tablespoons of mined garlic
