Chicken Spaghetti
Updated: May 27, 2021
Y’all it’s way too hot outside to be in the kitchen being extra today, it’s 100 degrees with a heat index of 109.. this heat is disrespectful. I wanted to make something that didn’t take long, I also wanted to make sure there were leftovers; I don’t want to cook for a couple of days. I didn’t even make a vegetable, just some garlic bread lol.
Cooking Process
Boil your pasta according to the directions, add in 1 chicken bouillon cube and some salt to the boiling water to give your pasta some seasoning. Drain pasta and set it to the side. Melt your butter and saute some onion and bell pepper, cut up the chicken breast in bite sized pieces, season it and add it in with the bell pepper and onion. Once your chicken is done cooking, add it back into the pot with the pasta, add your cans of cream of mushroom and chicken along with a can of rotel. Mix everything together; Taste it and add seasoning if you need to. In your baking dish scoop in half of your spaghetti mixture, sprinkle ½ of your cheese on top; add the remaining mixture, and sprinkle the rest of your cheese on top. Put it in the oven on 350 uncovered for 20-25 minutes and you’re good to go.
