1 lb of ground meat ( turkey or beef)
1 cup of cooked rice
1/2 yellow onion (diced)
1/2 green bell pepper (diced)
1 celery stalk (diced)
1/4 cup of chicken broth
1 beef bouillon cube
4-5 chicken livers (use a food processor)
1 tablespoon of butter
Cook rice according to directions on package.
Brown ground meat.
Cook chicken livers for about 5 minutes, add them to a food processor and finely process them.
Add your butter to the skillet and cook your veggies until they are translucent, add your beef bouillon cube and cook it with the vegetables.
Add your rice, ground meat, chicken lives go the skillet, mix well and add your seasonings, add in chicken broth and mix well again. Season, taste and adjust to your liking.
