Easy French toast
French Toast Recipe
I use Sara Lee Artesano original bread
2 eggs beaten
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoon of granulated sugar
1/4 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl, add butter into your skillet, once the butter is melted dip your bread into the egg mixture; make sure both sides and the edges of bread are covered. Place into your skillet and cook both sides for about 2 minutes (medium heat) or until toast is golden brown on both sides. Top with your favorite fruit, syrup and powdered sugar.
