Pasta Mardi Gras

1pack of linguine pasta

1 pack of Andouille sausage sliced

12 large shrimp peeled and deveined

1/2 cup of Crawfish tails

1 tablespoon of Tomato paste

1 1/2 cup of Heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup of diced green bell pepper

1 teaspoon of minced garlic

1/4 cup of diced celery

1/4 Mushrooms( optional)

1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning

1 cap full of liquid crab boil

Boil your noodles according to the instructions on package, I always season my pasta water with chicken bouillon and a little salt. Once done set it to the side.

Sauté onion, minced garlic, bell pepper, celery for about 3 minutes, add in your crawfish tails along with a cap full of liquid crab boil and Tony’s Cajun seasoning; Cook for 2 minutes.

Add heavy whipping cream, shredded Parmesan cheese and cook for about 2 minutes. Add tomato paste, diced mushrooms and let it simmer until it starts to thicken. Taste and add any additional seasoning.

Slice your sausage and cook until brown, set it to the side. Add your seasoned shrimp to the same skillet and cook until done set to the side.

Add your shrimp and sausage to crawfish cream mixture and mix well, taste and add any additional seasoning, top with Parmesan cheese and add a slice of garlic bread.
