Pepper Chicken

Mix everything for the sauce and set it to the side.
Dice chicken into small pieces, add to a bowl with cornstarch and seasonings, mix well.
Heat oil in your skillet and cook the chicken in small batches making sure not to overcrowd the skillet, once the first batch of chicken is done set it to the side and cook the remaining chicken in batches.
Once chicken is done add it all back to the skillet and add the veggies, cook for about 3 minutes and then add the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes and you’re done.serve with rice.
2 chicken breast -diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 yellow onion, sliced
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp cracked black pepper
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp cooking oil
For the Sauce:
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp browning sauce
