Seafood Stuffed Bell Peppers

This recipe is for my seafood lovers, thsee bell peppers are full of flavor; loaded with crab meat, shrimp and crawfish tails; if you do not have crawfish tails you can of course leave them out. These peppers are good with only shrimp and crab meat. For my non seafood lovers I got yall; give me a minute to get my non seafood peppers recipe together.

Cooking process

Slice your bell peppers in half or cut the top off, pull the seeds out and rise the peppers out. In a pot of boiling water add in some salt. Add your peppers to the boiling water and let them parboil for 5 minutes.

In a skillet melt your butter to saute your onions and bell peppers; once those are done add in your shrimp and crawfish tails. Break the crawfish tails up and then add in your crab meat; mix everything together lightly making sure you do not break up your crab meat; you want to keep it "lumpy".

Season your seafood and add your hot sauce and chicken broth, mix well; then add in your bread crumbs and shredded cheddar cheese. Taste to make sure everything is seasoned to your liking.

Since your filling is done its time to stuff your peppers, line them in a baking dish and start filling them up. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top. Bake them on 350 for about 20 minutes.
