I made these about a month ago from scratch using red velvet cookies and blondie brownies. Talk about a lot of work.. I thought that I wanted to get into baking but I think I changed my mind. Coming from a person who does not bake- it's information overload; one wrong move and you can easily mess up the whole dessert. So I decided to give you guys an easier quicker method. I hate chocolate but I know that 98% of the world enjoys it so why should I not put you guys on to something that you may no know about.
First spray your pan with Pam or whatever spray oil/butter that you decide to use. Line the 9x9 dish with the cookies making sure to smash them flat; bake the cookies for 5 minutes on 350. Mix your brownie batter according to the directions on the box. After those 5 minutes are up, align your oreos on top of the pre baked cookie crust, add your cut up twix. Pour your brownie batter on top; bake it according to the directions on the box. Let them cool for a few minutes, top with a scoop of ice cream and chocolate syrup.
1 pack of Nestle Toll House Chocolate chip cookies the pack that will make 24 cookies- I had about 5 cookies left over.
Oreos- golden or chocolate I used 9 cookies you can use more/less
2 packs of Twix sliced into bite sized pieces or you can use M&M's or Reeces
1 box of brownie mix
Hershey's chocolate syrup
Ice cream, sprinkles, nuts-- any toppings that you choose.
