2 diced chicken breasts
1 large red bell pepper or 2 small bell peppers
1 cup of fresh cut green beans ( add more if you’d like)
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1/4 cup of cooking oil
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
Seasonings/ spices of your choice
1/2 a bottle of Thai sweet chili sauce ( use more or less if you’d like)
In a bowl add your diced chicken, 1 tablespoon of oil, seasonings, and cornstarch, mix all ingredients well and cook chicken until it’s done.
Once chicken is done set it to the side and cook your bell peppers and green beans until your liking, add more oil if necessary. Add the chicken back to the skillet or wok along with your garlic, cook for about 2 minutes, add your Thai sweet chili sauce and cook for another 2 minutes, serve over rice.
